By using PermitComp, you agree that the service is a supplementary tool and does not replace professional architectural judgment. PermitComp is not responsible for decisions made based on its output.
Data Retention
Drawings uploaded to PermitComp are processed and deleted after analysis unless you choose to retain them. No data is used for model training without explicit opt-in.
Hosting
PermitComp is hosted in Canada. All data is stored on Canadian infrastructure.
Liability
PermitComp flags potential compliance gaps. You remain the professional of record. Building officials retain full discretionary authority. False negatives are possible.
